Brendan Bailey
Head of Sales South Region
Brendan joined IA in early 2017 and manages the VIC/WA/SA & TAS sales teams. Brendan also, in conjunction with Karin van der Sar, is responsible for managing all National sales operations.
Karin van der Sar
Head of Sales North Region
Karin has been with IA since mid-2014 and manages the NSW, ACT & QLD sales teams. Karin together with Brendan Bailey is responsible for managing all National sales operations as well.
Simon Auton
Corporate Account Manager – Head Office Corporate Accounts in QLD
Simon has been with IA since mid-2019 and is responsible for managing all corporate accounts in Queensland. He also provides ongoing support to the Account Managers in the North Region and acts as 2IC to the Head of Sales in that region.
Paul Holden
Account Manager – Lead – North/Eastern Suburbs
Paul has been with IA since June 2016. Paul is responsible for the North and East of Victoria, while also providing ongoing support to the Account Managers in the South Region and acts as 2IC to the Head of Sales in that region.
Vince Silluzio
Corporate Account Manager
Vince joined IA in October 2018 and is responsible for managing all state and national, Victorian based corporate accounts.
Debbie Farrar
Account Manager – Western Suburbs
Debbie has been with IA since June 2019 and is responsible for managing and liaising with all accounts across the Western Metro and Western Regional areas of Victoria. This covers Aged Care, Home Care package providers, NDIS and DVA.
Tania Dionsio
Account Manager – Eastern/Southern Suburbs
Tania has been with IA since June 2019 and manages accounts across South/East Melbourne and regionally through Gippsland and out to Lakes Entrance. Primary responsibilities are supporting Aged Care, Home Care package providers, NDIS and DVA prescribers.
Magdalena Cichocki
Account Manager – South Eastern Melbourne & Benalla, Albury/Wodonga
Magdalena joined Independence Australia in 2021 and will be supporting customers in Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs as well as the regional areas of Benalla and Albury/Wodonga.
Alain Adolphe
Corporate Account Manager – Head Office Corporate Accounts in NSW
Alain joined IA early 2018 and is responsible for managing all corporate accounts in NSW & ACT.
Bodine Harris
Account Manager – Southern NSW
Bodine has been responsible for the southern Sydney and NSW accounts since late 2022.
Steven Tesuauro
Account Manager – Western NSW
Steven Tesauro joined IA mid 2023 and manages the western Sydney & NSW accounts.
Jewrusha Simont
Account Manager – NSW Nth 4
Joined IA end of July 2024 to manage accounts from Gosford to Grafton and all that that falls within NSW Northern. Primary responsibilities are supporting Aged Care, Home Care packages providers, NDIS and DVA prescribers.
Daria Bociarski
Account Manager – Northern Sydney and regional areas
Daria joined IA early 2024 and manages the accounts in Northern Sydney and regional areas of Riverina, Wagga Wagga as well as Tamworth-Armidale.
Renee Simmonds
Account Manager – Perth North
Renee has been with IA since February 2022 and manages accounts in Perth North and the regional areas North of Perth.
Alan Persic
Account Manager – WA
I joined Independence Australia on 22nd July 2024 and I am the Account Manager for WA both metro and regional, my responsibilities include supporting.
Tori Castell
Account Manager – Southern Brisbane
Tori has been with IA since mid-2021 and manages the Gold Coast, southern Brisbane and QLD accounts.
Stephen Garton
Account Manager – Western Brisbane
Stephen joined IA mid-2019 and looks after the western Brisbane and QLD accounts.
Brian Gwyther
Account Manager – North of Brisbane and the regional areas
Brian manages the accounts in the North of Brisbane and the regional areas of the Wide Bay as well as Townsville and Cairns. He joined Independence Australia in 2024.
Anne Webber
Account Manager – South Australia and Northern Territory
Anne joined IA in June 2022 and is responsible for looking after all accounts in SA & NT plus Broken Hill and Mildura.
Angela O’Neill
Account Manager – Facilitator – All of TAS
Angela has been with IA since early 2015. Angela is based in, and manages Tasmania. Angela’s primary responsibilities are in supporting and facilitating manufacturer support for our TAS Government Contracts, as well as supporting TAS Aged Care, Home Care package providers, NDIS customers and DVA prescribers. Angela also acts as Facilitator in training to our National Sales team.
