About Our New Look
Why does Independence Australia have a new look?
We are introducing a new look. Updated colours, a new logo, and a fresh way of showing up.
Over the past few years, we have grown significantly, expanding our business nationally and bringing new product and services offerings together. Our new look reflects this growth and our step forward into an exciting new era.
While our appearance has changed, we're still the same trusted team providing the same products, support and services you know.
Why do I need to register again?
We've launched a new Health Professionals website with an updated account system. If you previously had a Health Professional account, you'll need to create a new account to continue accessing our continence sample catalogue and requesting free product samples.
As part of moving to our new website, existing accounts couldn't be transferred to the new account system. This means all Health Professionals need to register again to access account-only features.
